This museum for modern, contemporary and applied art and design in Arnhem, was renovated and expanded. Benthem Crouwel Architects’ clear and simple design concept involved restoring Cornelis Outshoorn’s 1873 design in all its former glory.

Located at Amersfoort's highest point amid green landscapes, the Floating House designed by Benthem Crouwel Architects redefines the idea of spacious living within a compact footprint. The design prioritizes connection with its surroundings, making the landscape an integral part of the home's spatial experience.

For the Palace District (Paleiskwartier) in 's-Hertogenbosch, in the south of the Netherlands we designed PALAZZO; a residential block with 233 homes and an open, green courtyard in a beautiful location overlooking a large public square and magnificent pond.

Since 2001, the Cultuurstrip (“Culture Strip”) has been a cultural landmark in Amstelveen, housing the Stadschouwburg, pop venue P60, and Platform C. Twenty-five years later, it is being renewed and expanded to meet evolving user needs, once again designed by Benthem Crouwel Architects.

Radboud University is developing its green campus into a vibrant public space. Near the Grotius Building – also a design by Benthem Crouwel Architects – a new spatial element for both informal encounters and formal events was created: an amphitheater.

Benthem Crouwel Architects co-designed a plan for the redevelopment of a neglected area near the National Bank of Slovakia in the center of Bratislava. We designed three modern apartment buildings in a rolling landscape surrounded by abundant greenery. By incorporating a public walking route that runs through the ensemble and adding friendly public spaces, the project becomes a valuable addition to the neighbourhood.
